1. Order Processing

  • Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.

  • Please ensure that all information (shipping address, contact details, etc.) is correct when placing your order, as we cannot modify orders once they are confirmed.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We partner with reliable couriers to offer the best shipping experience. Our standard shipping methods include:

  • Standard Shipping:

    • Delivery Time: 3–7 business days.

    • Free for orders over AED 300.

    • AED 20 shipping fee for orders under AED 300.

  • Express Shipping:

    • Delivery Time: 1–3 business days.

    • AED 50 flat rate, regardless of order size.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors like holidays or weather conditions.

3. International Shipping

Currently, we offer shipping within the United Arab Emirates only. We are working on expanding to other countries and will notify you when international shipping becomes available.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, allowing you to track your order's progress.

  • You can track your shipment on the courier's website by entering the tracking number.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

  • In some cases, certain products may have shipping restrictions due to the nature of the items. If this applies to your order, we will notify you via email.

6. Customs and Duties

  • As a dropshipping store, we work directly with suppliers to ship products to you. Therefore, customs duties and taxes (if applicable) will be the responsibility of the customer.

  • If any duties are charged at the point of entry, the customer will need to pay these fees to receive their order.
